About the Role:
As a Tax Manager , you will oversee the preparation and review of complex business and individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws. You will provide leadership, mentor junior tax professionals, and develop strategies to optimize tax planning for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and review of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals.
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations .
