Descripción - Ensure full compliance with all tax obligations, including filings, payments, and the proper interpretation of applicable regulatory changes. - Manage and respond to tax authority requests and lead tax audits, acting as the primary external point of contact. - Execute tax planning and strategy initiatives to optimize the tax burden while maintaining compliance and an appropriate risk profile. - Provide tax advisory support to the business and leadership on strategic decisions, operating model changes, and new product launches. - Drive efficiency within the tax function through process improvements, automation initiatives, and close collaboration with finance, legal, and operations teams.
