About the Opportunity
Your role as a Community Living Counsellor, Team Lead for Individualized Supports will be to provide support to the Manager in all aspects of administration, team leadership, and home support. You will work closely with the team to provide meaningful and role‑model Person‑Centered Active Supports. Some of your duties can include:
