We’re looking for an experienced and driven leader to join us as Team Lead – Land Information Memorandum (LIMs).
This role has real impact in providing leadership and accountability for the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant LIMs and Property Files in accordance with legislative requirements. You will be key in supporting Council’s statutory disclosure obligations and ensuring customers, stakeholders, and the wider community receive a high-quality, reliable service that enables informed property decisions.
About the role
As Team Lead, you'll take ownership of Council's LIMs and Property Files service, ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant release of property information while managing risk, quality standards, and statutory obligations.
