Passenger Service Agent Team Leader (PSA TL) Position: Passenger Service Agent Team Leader Department: Passenger Services Location: Airport Operations Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Passenger Service Team Leader to manage check-in, boarding, arrival, and customer service operations while ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities * Supervise passenger service agents during shifts. * Ensure smooth check-in and boarding operations. * Handle passenger escalations and service recovery. * Monitor airline service standards and compliance. * Coordinate with airline representatives and airport stakeholders. * Prepare operational and performance reports. Requirements - Graduate in any discipline - 3–6 years of passenger service experience - Prior team handling experience preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills
