The Lifemark RTW program provides interdisciplinary care for injured workers, in preparation for return to work. The Return to Work program at Lifemark Sunpark is looking for a Team Lead to join our team!
The team lead role oversees the daily operations and staff coordination of our rehabilitation programs. This leadership role is partial clinical (40%) and partial leadership (60%). The leadership portion focuses on team management, program development, compliance, and operational excellence.
Your day-to-day in the role
- Team leadership & supervision: Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to clinical staff.
