Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading the Southgate Shopping Centre shop. You will report to the Shop Management and help ensure all merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and guidelines. The role involves guiding the staff; hiring or discipline is not a responsibility.
This position requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
