Team Lead, Talent Acquisition – North America

As Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will report directly to the Head of HR, Sector USA and lead a team of recruiters across North America. Your role is to build a high‑performing talent acquisition function, set recruiting standards, and drive results that align with business needs.
