As a team leader in construction machinery mechanics within Pomerleau's Civil Engineering & Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising the maintenance, repair, and inspection activities of the heavy machinery used on Pomerleau job sites. Working on large-scale construction projects – ranging from $1.5 million to over one billion dollars – you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of various projects.
What you will do
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (hydraulic excavators, cranes, graders, trucks, aerial work platforms, etc.).
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Prioritize interventions based on site needs and schedules.
- Ensure that all interventions comply with manufacturer standards and Pomerleau's internal policies.
