What You will do
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the planning and safe execution of all kinds of maintenance activities, including preventive, condition monitoring, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance of equipment in line with manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Achieve assigned equipment KPIs.
- Communicate safety alerts and ensure compliance with safety standards, including JSA and work permit requirements.
- Maintain and update maintenance of software/tools, ensuring data security and backups.
- Plan and execute preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Issue or obtain the MAXIMO Sheet from the Maintenance Planners for new or unscheduled maintenance work.
