Team Leader - Kingsbury and Golders Green areas. Were looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Our goal is simple to empower each person we support to live a fulfilling, independent and meaningful life. As a Team Leader, youll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day. Youll lead by example, supporting both the staff team and the individuals we support to achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers. Complete Supervisions, Appraisals, make sure training is completed Complete Rota, ensure time sheets are completed etc Ensure personalised support plans are implemented and reviewed regularly.
