What is the opportunity? A Chairman’s Council Family Enterprise Advisory team within RBC Dominion Securities is seeking a senior, experienced leader to join the practice as a Team Operations Manager. This role is part of a small, focused advisory team and is not an institutional or head‑office role. It is intended for an established professional with strong leadership judgment, execution capability, and experience operating in complex financial or professional services environments, who is seeking to apply those skills in a more entrepreneurial, purpose‑driven advisory setting—while benefiting from the scale, brand, and resources of RBC Dominion Securities.
