Assisted Living Alberta is dedicated to Enhancing Care in the Community, helping people be healthy, well and independent in their homes and communities. Edmonton Zone Continuing Care provides services through five main program areas: Home Living, Supportive Living, Facility Living, Transition Services and Palliative Care.The Team Support Coordinator provides leadership & direction across Continuing Care for the application of recruitment, staff orientation, staff scheduling and time keeping, staff education, workplace health and safety, and information systems such as e-People and RMS. The Coordinator requires expert knowledge of: Principles, practices, and procedures related to ALA and Continuing Care including applicable policies, standards, laws and regulations. Computer applications related to the work, including e-People and RMS. HR related policies and procedures. Collective agreements, including UNA, HSAA, AUPE GSS, and AUPE AUX.
