We are seeking an experienced and visionary Ruby on Rails Tech Lead to drive the technical direction of critical enterprise applications operating at a massive global scale. In this role, you will lead a high-performing engineering team focused on a complex and highly impactful domain: global electronic recyclables, inventory management, scheduling, transportation, and processing.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, driving technical excellence, code quality, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Architecture & Development: Lead the design, architecture, and feature development for existing and new scalable Ruby on Rails (Rails 6/7) applications.
