Job Description
Location: Hybrid/remote-friendly. Preferred candidate based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align with PT (Pacific Timezone) or ET (Eastern Timezone). Candidates in Santiago, Chile can work out of the Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees; others will be fully remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross-Workstream Technical Ownership: You are the connective tissue between every workstream you own. You maintain a shared technical view so a decision made on one (a new integration, a data model change) doesn't blindside another, whether that's two workstreams or several.
- Delivery & Execution Ownership: You take high-level architectural and design direction and translate it into detailed, executable technical tasks for yourself and the team. You own the how of implementation across whatever you're responsible for.
