Techinical Service Engineer – Bogota, Colombia
Position Overview
Perform field service activities including installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, technical support, and service training for customers and distributors in Colombia and other Spanish‑speaking LATAM regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of service order tasks in our system in compliance with the current SLA policy
- Monitor technical customer complaints, escalated issues to the appropriate stakeholders, and follow up until closure
- Create technical service quotations and manage spare parts orders
- Monitor spare parts safety stock levels and consumption, and prepare and submit replenishment orders with the Import department
- Ensure organization and maintenance of the service workshop following 5S princip
