Techmax Customer Coordinator (Mississauga, ON)
The Techmax Customer Coordinator for all Modalities serves as a liaison between the Service Marketing Manager, Clinical, Sales, Service, Customers, and Business Units (Tech Max Program Managers) to deliver on business goals related to the development and improvements of the Technology Maximizer planning program.
Your Role
- Own the end‑to‑end process for planning Tech Max upgrades and participate in Program Management meetings with the Service Marketing Manager.
- Engage stakeholders to develop a planning program that schedules and delivers installation coordination and clinical training for Technology Maximizer upgrades, achieving cost‑effective support for revenue and recovery growth targets.
