Job Description

Elevate client support as a Tier 2 Technical Analyst for Accurate in Edmonton or Calgary. This role focuses on resolving technical issues and building lasting client relationships.
Join Accurate's Managed Services team on a full-time basis, where your technical expertise and client communication skills will shine. You will work primarily from the office while providing remote and onsite assistance to clients. Your structured approach to troubleshooting and documentation will help maintain our high service standards, working on a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with periodic on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities:
