Job Description
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented architect to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. In this role, you will be responsible for translating the design intent into fully coordinated, precise, and buildable documentation. You will work across all design stages with a focus on technical development – from RIBA Stage 3 through construction – ensuring that the project's quality, constructability, and coordination are preserved throughout. You will collaborate with the broader design and engineering team and serve as a key point of contact for design problem‑solving, system integration, and detailing.
