Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.
- Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing CLoud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions.
