Key Responsibilities
- Lead Greenfield Discovery: Facilitate workshops (e.g., User Story Mapping, Process Mapping) with senior business executives and stakeholders to extract, clarify, and challenge requirements for a brand-new application ecosystem.
- Define the MVP Scope: Act as the bridge between business ambitions and technical realities. Help prioritize features to establish a lean, high-performing Phase 1 MVP while mapping out the long-term product roadmap.
- Author Development-Ready BRDs: Write exceptionally clear, precise, and traceable Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and data dictionaries.
- Map Complex Insurance Logic: Document intricate business rules covering rating engines, coverage limits, deductibles, endorsement lifecycles, and automated claims workflows.
