Job Description
The primary role of the Technical Client Manager is to provide advanced technical analysis and strategic support for merchant payment data. This position focuses on auditing merchant transaction data to ensure the lowest possible interchange rates by identifying the root causes of high processing costs. The specialist will develop technical solutions for interchange optimization, analyze processor files to identify downgrades, and create data-driven tools to enhance cost management for large-scale clients.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Interchange Optimization: Investigate payment processing data from multiple card brands and processors to identify savings opportunities and the root cause of excessive interchange fees.
