We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong technical skills — someone who not only enjoys speaking with customers, but also understands bikes inside and out. Your Mission
- Serve as the main point of contact for dealers regarding all technical questions related to mechanics and components
- Answer questions about assembly, maintenance, compatibility, and upgrades
- Diagnose technical issues and handle warranty claims quickly and accurately
