Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and programming for competitive gymnastics
- Approve time sheets and event planning for coaches
- Coach select gymnast groups with skill assessment
- Organize parent relations and communication efficiently
- Evaluate equipment and ensure safety compliance
- Lead HHGC’s competitive gymnastics program with integrity, fostering excellence and growth in young athletes
