Job Summary
Technical Implementation Engineer I responsible for escalating and resolving complex technical issues for Landis+Gyr deployments, working across multiple internal departments to ensure customer success and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own test environments and labs for the deployment organization.
- Create and use relevant use‑case scenarios to demonstrate GridStream system performance.
- Support System Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new customer deployments.
- Assist manufacturing resources in First Article Testing (FAT) and monitor FAT processes.
- Lead development of standard operating procedures and repeatable solutions for technical elements.
- Follow formal change‑control processes.
- Develop deep knowledge of two‑way electric AMI technology from head‑end software to field endpoints.
