About the Role
Aequilibrium (AEQ) is a digital innovation partner that helps organizations create remarkable customer and employee experiences through AI, XR (VR/AR), digital transformation, and custom software development. Our XR & AI practice is building immersive training and onboarding platforms that combine Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, and enterprise‑grade software architecture. We are looking for a Technical Lead who can help us scale our XR platform and lead the technical direction of our next generation of AI‑powered immersive training products.
Role Overview
This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, AI expertise, and hands‑on development.
