- Is responsible for creating standards, establishing a safety culture and ensuring that it is scrupulously respected; Detect and react in the event of a deviation.
- Driver Safety QRQC.
- Evaluate the environmental impact of equipment.
- Integrate Safety LLC into equipment design.
- Know and apply local and group regulations and standards.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Develop the skills of your team and technicians in your area, using the magic square grid. Develop expertise and specialists.
- Anticipate human resource needs, manage the age pyramid, needs and duration of skills transfer.
- Take action to avoid turnover.
INDUSTRIALISATION
- Manage engineers/technicians industrializing new equipment.
