Technical Product Manager (TPM)
Responsible for leading the evolution of technology platforms, driving high-impact initiatives, and bridging business, product, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap of technological platforms.
- Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of product, engineering, and architecture.
- Manage adoption, usage, and impact metrics.
- Prioritize backlog and evolve MVPs.
- Facilitate decision-making based on data.
- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalability and sustainability of solutions.
- Manage stakeholders and align business needs with technological capabilities.
