We are seeking a high-impact, mid-level Bilingual Engineering Recruiter (French/English) to support our Aerospace & Defense portfolio. In this role, you will partner with technical leaders and hiring managers to attract and hire top engineering talent across critical programs, including aeronautics, defense systems, avionics, and advanced manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy: Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for aerospace and defense engineering roles (systems, avionics, mechanical, software, embedded, and manufacturing).
- Bilingual Candidate Engagement: Source, screen, and engage candidates in both French and English, providing a high-touch, consultative candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers, program leads, and delivery teams to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and hiring priorities.
