Crewit Resourcing is expanding its Chilean operations as part of a global recruitment group delivering international talent solutions across Europe and beyond. We are seeking a performance driven Recruiter to deliver international engineering recruitment projects, managing candidates from first contact through to placement across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to placement and onboarding
- Manage concurrent engineering recruitment campaigns across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
- Deliver against agreed timelines, quality standards, and hiring outcomes
- Proactively manage risk, delays, and candidate drop‑off through the recruitment lifecycle
Engineering Candidate Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill engineering roles
