Salary Range: CA$65,000.00 To CA$80,000.00 Annually
We are currently looking for a Technical Services Representative to join our WBI Home Warranty team in our Surrey office. This is a hybrid role (Report Writing and Team Collaboration in office in Surrey, BC and Technical Assessments completed throughout the Vancouver, Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley Areas, as well as some travel throughout BC and Alberta as required). This role reviews new homes registered in the warranty program to assess workmanship, materials, and compliance with warranty, industry, and company standards. The position serves as a liaison between account managers, underwriters, and builders or developers, ensuring homes are managed in accordance with applicable legislation, policy provisions, and company guidelines. The role also supports the timely and effective resolution of construction-related issues.
