Join CFirst as a Technical Specialist in Longueil, QC, responsible for after-sales aircraft support and technical consultations. This full-time role requires on-site presence to address customer needs promptly.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will handle emergency support for grounded aircraft and ensure efficient troubleshooting. Collaborate with P&W organizations and external suppliers to resolve technical issues while documenting progress through the CRM system. Your expertise will help restore service within 24 hours, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
