The Technical Specialist, Real Property Management, provides complex real property management services to support the delivery of Client-Partner real property projects and programs. The incumbent acts as a technical specialist, implementing facility management and maintenance, energy management, capital renewal planning, maintenance planning and/or real property development planning programs.
