Coupa is a cloud-based total spend management platform powered by AI. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will support enterprise customers using this platform, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer success across a global team.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert technical guidance to enterprise customers on platform best practices and configuration
- Answer technical and application configuration questions from customers
- Assist in troubleshooting first and second-level technical issues
- Collaborate with Integration, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success
- Manage responsibility for customer production environments and create knowledge base articles
