Technical Support
As a Technical Support, you will ensure Baker Hughes Drilling Services has proper tracking, management and improvement of performance in performance-based contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned support area.
- Providing technical support to the field via online, phone, and technical papers.
- Submitting best practices, case histories, and lessons learned to the knowledge management database.
- Following up on field failures that require technology involvement and sharing the learning across the field.
- Raising alerts to the Service Delivery organization when unfamiliar technical issues arise on a job.
- Coaching the wellsite field population.
