Job Description

  • Provide technical support and on-site service for MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) products in the Western Canada region, including equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Offer product usage guidance, safe operation training, and regular maintenance recommendations to customers.
  • Coordinate with local service providers or dealers to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high service quality.
  • Collect customer feedback and product usage data, generate reports, and facilitate communication with headquarters for product improvements.
  • Participate in the delivery support of major projects to ensure timely project implementation.
  • Manage spare parts inventory requirements and assist the Spare Parts Coordinator in emergency responses.
  • Submit regular reports to headquarters on service summaries, customer satisfaction, and market dynamics.
