Basic Understanding of support tools like Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce. Bachelor's degree or studies in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Excellent English skills to communicate both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a high pressure, highly flexible environment. Basic understanding of MQTT and cellular network protocols desirable.
