We are currently looking for a Technical Support Representative (SAP) for one of our clients. What is in It for you: 12 months contract Salary of 39$/h Fulltime, daytime schedule hybrid position (2 days in office) Professional environment Responsibilities: Identifying transactions which have failed to integrate into SAP and ensure they are addressed and ideally resolved on the same day For complex issues that arise, the objective is to identify the root causes, correct them and/or help the CSR/TSM on how to proceed with the correction.
