With an expanding demand stemming from their supplier collaborations, they seek to recruit a driven Technical Support & Service Advisor. This role aims to collaborate closely with vendor partners to foster expertise in the products they distribute. The main responsibilities include offering technical assistance and delivering training sessions for both customers and staff members.The successful candidate will be able to utilize exceptional communication & presentation skills to deliver training and product information to end users, contractors/technicians, and internal stakeholders at all levels within their branch infrastructure.
