Triple Eight Transport Inc is an asset‑based carrier company with terminals in Abbotsford, Calgary, and Edmonton. We provide Full Truck Load Transportation Services to major cities in Western Canada and the United States with our own fleet of Reefers and Dry Vans.
Who we are looking for:
Triple Eight Transport Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical Support Tier 2 to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide first‑level technical support to end‑users and resolve hardware, software, and network‑related issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires familiarity with TMS, JIRA, Cloud Technologies, basic knowledge of Network Firewalls, Active Directory, and experience with server room hardware and patch management. The role also requires travel to different locations for on‑site support.
