The role

The Technical Writer will be part of the Enterprise Process Improvements team, responsible for creating professional, user‑friendly documentation across the organization. This position reports to the Senior Operations Efficiency Specialist and supports all business units with system user guides, forms, policies, and other technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use industry‑standard technical communication authoring tools to write, integrate, and publish documentation on Meridian’s intranet.
  • Produce new or update existing forms using Adobe tools (RoboHelp, InDesign, FrameMaker, Forms Designer).
