Position: Technician
Reporting to: Team Lead
PURPOSE
This is to define the duties and responsibilities of the Technician Role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work to Health & Safety, Hygiene, & Housekeeping procedures within the workplace
· Ensure Quality standards are met and report quality issues to the Quality Department & Team Lead
· Understanding the results & goals of the plant.
· Understanding/recording production (downtimes/losses) & quality data.
· Knowledge of the bottle weights, Machine Efficiency, & Losses
· Assist in machine efficiency monitoring
· Cleaning and maintaining outward appearance of machine
· Basic repairs to machine
· Troubleshooting of machines
· Losses optimization (vision, unforeseen stoppages etc)
· Training employees
