Job Description
Under the supervision of the coordinator, the employee performs the responsibilities of an IT technician, carrying out the most complex tasks, distributing work within the team, and ensuring tracking and quality. They contribute to the development of team skills, act as a leader by promoting collaboration among teams, and ensure best practices through their expertise. They also serve as a consulting advisor to managers on technology directions and may support the implementation of solutions addressing pedagogical or organizational needs.
Pour le service informatique et multimédia
- Assurer le soutien technique de premier et de deuxième niveau aux personnes utilisatrices via le centre de services;
