As the Technology Director, you are a visionary technical leader who oversees platform development and guides technical evolution. You lead Tech Leads, Frontend/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Content Authors. You are responsible for enterprise architecture, technical standards, team development, and business growth. You Will:
Lead the platform development team in implementing technical architecture, standards, and best practices. Oversee enterprise platform technologies including AEM, microservices, APIs, React, and cloud infrastructure. Establish and maintain technical standards, processes, and documentation. Build strong distributed teams and foster effective collaboration across locations. Hire, mentor, evaluate, and develop high-performing team members.
