Role Overview
As the Innovation Team Lead, you will manage our Workforce Accelerator interns. You will lead a cross-functional team of Associates (interns) using Agile Sprints to move projects from theory to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Program Management: Lead cross-functional teams in shipping real products, including live apps.
- Data Architecture & Power BI: Serve as the lead expert for the architecting dashboards that visualize donor trends, grant deadlines, and impact metrics.
