Job Description
+ Assist to the Product Quality Engineer with the assigned activities to improve GMP/GDP and compliance in the assigned area.
+ Monitoring of process controls during the validation event.
+ Realization and generation of reports of validation sampling plans.
+ Execution of process/product audit routines.
+ Measurement of assembled, molded, and extruded components.
+ Monitoring of dimensional and visual inspections in DHR based in validation protocols.
+ Follows preventive safety measures, occupational disease, and environmental contingencies on the plant.
+ Notify unsafe acts or conditions or environmental risk within the company.
+ Performs audits process and or finished product in accordance with established sampling plans and/ or related procedures determines the acceptability of it and documenting the results.
+ Ensures that non-conforming product and components are identified and segregated according to the procedure.
