The GIS Substation Maintenance
Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance
activities on high-voltage gas-insulated substations (GIS), ensuring safe,
efficient, and high-quality execution in line with Siemens Energy standards and
industry best practices. This role requires a solid understanding of the
overall operation of high-voltage substations and a strong commitment to
electrical safety, acting as a key reference on site to guarantee compliance
with safety procedures and Zero Harm principles.
The position involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of GIS
equipment, including circuit breakers, disconnectors, and auxiliary systems,
while ensuring adherence to OEM procedures and technical guidelines. The
supervisor must also ensure the safe handling, monitoring, and management of
