Make outbound calls to potential donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries. Explain the NGO's mission, programs, and ongoing initiatives clearly and professionally. Encourage donations, volunteer participation, and community engagement. Maintain accurate records of calls and update the database regularly. Follow call scripts while adapting conversations to individual needs. Respond to queries and provide accurate information about NGO activities. Coordinate with team members to achieve fundraising and outreach goals. Build positive relationships with supporters and beneficiaries. Ensure timely follow-ups with interested individuals. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all interactions. Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
