Job Description
NPO Foundation is launching a new fundraising initiative to expand our impact in food security, education support, and community upliftment. We are looking for self-driven Tele Fundraisers who can work independently using their own resources.
Role Overview:
Make outbound fundraising calls to potential donors
Clearly communicate Foundation's mission and projects
Secure once-off and recurring donations
Record call outcomes and donor details accurately
Work towards agreed fundraising targets
Requirements:
Own cellphone and airtime/data
Quiet environment suitable for making calls
Strong communication skills (English required; other languages an advantage)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Previous fundraising or call centre experience is an advantage, not required
