Job Responsibilities
- To perform telemarketing and telesales activities to sell various company products. Generate leads by cold calling and identify new opportunities via telemarketing activities.
- Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections to influence buying decisions through persuasive sales conversations.
- Collaborating with sales teams to schedule appointments, demos or consultations for qualified leads
- Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events
- To identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain existing customer base. Provide dedicated account servicing to corporate customers including answering customer information about products and services.
